We offer Virginia's top-quality sod in various cool-season and warm-season grasses, including Tall Fescue, Tiff Tuff Bermuda, and Zoysia. For ultimate ease, choose between convenient pick-up or hassle-free delivery. Our distribution centers in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach provide both small quantities and large tractor-trailer loads.

    (cool season)

    - Dense, dark green color, and stays green for the whole year
    - Will need to be watered through hot summer months
    - We can aerate and seed in the Fall (September-October) to keep turf healthy and green

    Tiff Tuff Bermuda
    (warm season)

    - Low growing and very hardy
    - Very heat/drought resistant and can handle traffic/dogs
    - Goes dormant in the winter
    - Can be overseeded with annual or perennial rye in winter months to keep green through winter months

    (warm season)

    - Very thick and will choke out weeds
    - Heat and drought tolerant but it does go dormant in the winter
    - Can be cut at 3” during the growing season
    - We offer two varieties: Zeon and Empire
